William Harford is a Chartered Surveyor and registered valuer. William worked for a firm specialising in the sale, letting and valuation of commercial equestrian property for over 14 years.
In this time, William provided extensive property consultancy to many stakeholders in equine industries and negotiated numerous sales and leases of equestrian property making William best placed to understand the property-based challenges faced by any equestrian business.
Having also been personally involved in the Bloodstock industry, William also understands that the right investment can result in added value, better equine performance and greater efficiency.

A member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and a Registered Valuer. William has over 14 years’ experience in the market for commercial equestrian property, mainly within the UK but also Ireland and France. Over this time William’s extensive experience with complex transactions and the results William has achieved have earned him the reputation of being expert in his field.

William prides himself on having a transparent approach across the board and seeks, wherever possible, to conduct negotiations in an open manner.
In addition to sales, leases and valuations, William’s experience of technical matters, such as planning, taxation, property, and business funding makes him invaluable on a consultancy basis when facing many of the issues that are uniquely presented by equestrian property transactions.
