Training yards

Barn of 24 boxes, with tack and feed rooms, use of a horse walker, lunge ring and use of a 7½ Furlong carpet gallop.

The Derby gallop is of peat moss on an even camber and rises 150 feet over 7 furlongs. It was used to prepare the 1992 Derby winner Dr. Devious.

The opportunity to rent a totally self-contained and well equipped training yard with proven gallops and a short distance from the training centre of Middleham.
